3. Material requirements
3.1 The bicycle handles should be made of a rubber
3.2 The bicycle handles should not have a grip with a deeper pattern than 2mm
3.3 All materials on the outside of the product should be water-resistant
3.4 All materials should be watertight
4. Dimensions
4.1 The product should not be bigger than 1000x1000x200 mm
4.2 The product should be mounted on the bicycle.
4.3 The product should not be heavier than 10kg
5. Aesthetic requirements
5.1 The product should not emphasize to other road users that the user has a disability.
5.2 The product would not be a helmet.
